Photobiomodulation (PBM) is also known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) or Cold Laser Therapy.
It is the application of light to promote tissue repair, reduce inflammation and induce pain relief.
There are many areas of application including musculoskeletal pain/injury/dysfunction, muscle strength/endurance/recovery, oral mucositis from cancer treatments, as well as wound healing.

Remedial massage therapy involves undertaking a systematic assessment and formulation of a specific treatment plan focusing on muscles, joints and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.
If you have suffered injury resulting in structural pain and/or loss of function, or experiencing muscle tension or chronic pain, remediation is required to reduce or eliminate pain, tension and restore function.
A remedial therapist has knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology, which is important to ensure relevant and appropriate treatment is selected with clinical expertise and applied to suit an individual’s needs.
